An event every month that begins at 9:00am on day Third of the month, repeating indefinitely
GP drop in – Woolpit Health Centre
Working in partnership with mainly West Suffolk GP surgeries our GP Family Carer Advisers are scheduled to spend time at the Woolpit Health Centre.
They are visibly there in the surgery to help people identify as family carers, to provide information, guidance and raise awareness.
If you are a family carer please feel free to drop in.
(Please note sometimes they maybe in a quiet room talking to a family carer, usually near to the end of a session).
