Are you looking after someone? We help family carers from as young as 5 years old get the support they need to live fuller lives.

Information Line

Our information line handles over 14,000 calls every year and our team of highly trained family carer advisers provide advice, information and how to access services.

For many people, looking after an ill, older or disabled person is “just something you do,” however, by not recognising you are carrying out a caring role can be a real barrier to accessing vital support. Our information team will take time to listen to how you are finding your caring role, be able to register you with our organisation and provide you with details of local family carer groups, activities and courses that we provide to support you in your caring role.

Our offices are wheelchair accessible and parking is available at our head office site. Suffolk Family Carers has a complaints handling procedure. Please email enquires@suffolkfamilycarers.org to request a copy of the complaints leaflet to be either posted or emailed to you.
