A family carer is anyone who cares, unpaid, for a friend or family member who struggles due to illness, disability, mental ill health or an addiction.

Adult Carers

If you are an Adult providing unpaid care to an ill, older or disabled person it is not “just something you do” you are carrying out a caring role.
