GP drop in – Ixworth Surgery
If you are a family carer please feel free to drop in.
(Please note sometimes they maybe in a quiet room talking to a family carer, usually near to the end of a session).
Working in partnership with mainly West Suffolk GP surgeries our GP Family Carer Advisers are scheduled to spend time at the Ixworth Surgery.
They are visibly there in the surgery to help people identify as family carers, to provide information, guidance and raise awareness.
