Working in partnership with mainly West Suffolk GP surgeries our GP Family Carer Advisers are scheduled to spend time at the Ixworth Surgery.<\/p>\n
They are visibly there in the surgery to help people identify as family carers, to provide information, guidance and raise awareness.<\/p>\n
