DESCRIPTION:GP drop in – Mount Farm Surgery\nIf you are a family carer please feel free to drop in. \n(Please note sometimes they maybe in a quiet room talking to a family carer\, usually near to the end of a session). \nWorking in partnership with mainly West Suffolk GP surgeries our GP Family Carer Advisers are scheduled to spend time at the Mount Farm Surgery. \nThey are visibly there in the surgery to help people identify as family carers\, to provide information\, guidance and raise awareness. \n
